Specify individual or assortment packing, cards, pouches, boxes, protective separation, labels, barcodes, and units per pack. Confirm packaging availability, fit, abrasion protection, artwork, and separate minimums. Prepare details with the private label packaging checklist.
MOQ depends on material, size, mold or tooling, plating, attachment method, and quantities by design and color. The hair-accessory minimum does not automatically apply to pendants. Material selection needs review against the intended design, weight, finish, attachment, and destination requirements. A metallic or faceted appearance does not identify the underlying alloy, glass, resin, or other material. Provide your required composition or request a material recommendation; confirm the specification before approving a sample or order.
A custom shape or mold request can be reviewed from a drawing, dimensions, reference photograph, or physical sample. Feasibility, tooling ownership, fees, sample revisions, and production minimums must be agreed for the project. Send the silhouette, thickness, attachment opening, target weight, and quantity before assuming a new shape can be produced.
Finish options must be confirmed for the selected base material and construction. Send the desired metal tone, polish or matte direction, coating requirements, and an approved reference if available. A gold-tone photograph is not a specification for gold content, plating thickness, durability, or compliance. Confirm these requirements in the quotation and sample review.
Engraving, embossing, or another branding method can be assessed once the material, usable surface, dimensions, and artwork are known. Availability is project-dependent, and small or curved surfaces may limit legibility. Send vector artwork, logo size, placement, and finish requirements; approve the proposed method on a sample before production.
Attachment requests are reviewed against both the pendant and the receiving accessory. A loop, ring, clasp, or another fixing route must fit the dimensions, weight, movement, and intended use. Send the base accessory and attachment detail together. Compatibility and any required testing must be confirmed; a reference photo alone is not an attachment-test result.
